Instructions for Personalization

1.   Choose a color and size option from the below charts.  
2.   Email our team at: cm.worldwildlove@gmail.com requesting your personalization. 
3.   Indicate background color and hoodie size choice.
4.   Attach the image file you would like printed to the pet hoodie shirt that includes any text + graphics together OR tell us the exact text, color & font you would like PLUS upload 1 image file to include along with the text (if desired). 
5.  Indicate the placement preference for your text and/or image (for example: on chest or on lower back of hoodie or on the hood. 
6.   Our team will design the shirt based on your request and will email a print preview for you to review.  Please allow 24-48 hour turnaround.  
7. Once you have approved the product via email (this may take several revisions/product previews) we will then share the link to your product so that you can add it to your cart and checkout. 
8. After payment is processed, there is a 3-5 day production time prior to shipping. 
9. You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout and an additional email with tracking once your order is shipped.
